SeedWorks is a fixed Real Estate Investment initiative developed and run by Miter with investment cycles running for 365 days (12 Months) to deliver guaranteed return on investment for investors at the end of each cycle. This initiative will effectively leverage on the already created business eco-system that guarantees viable, legitimate, unencumbered and profitable Real Estate transactions for Clients, to ensure required results are achieved. The initiative has two access options which differ in terms of investment amount (principal) and interest accrued at the end of the tenure.
